You must be at least 16 years old to use this site. Our services are intended for general audiences including individuals, influencers, creators, and businesses.
Depending on your plan, you are granted a specific number of BROS AI generation requests per day:
The requests are reset at midnight UTC. We reserve the right to change the limits at any time.
We store and track this count to enforce fair usage and prevent abuse. This is the only stored user usage data.
You may generate content (text or images) via BROS AI Generators. You retain any rights applicable to your input and output, but we do not store, reuse, or claim ownership of generated content.
You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of anything you generate or share. We do not monitor or moderate generated content.
Subscription plans are billed in advance. Refunds are only issued in rare cases at our sole discretion (e.g., billing error or technical fault). There is no automatic refund entitlement.
All website code, branding, and UI assets are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Our services and BROS AI tools are provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or originality of generated content.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or tools.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Cyprus courts.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
